Shipping Policy

Your shipment will be consolidated in the fewest number of shipments as possible. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive depending on the order. If more than 10 days have passed without receipt of your purchase please email us at Efavouritez@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Return & Exchange Policy

At ASuperb  you can trust us always to do our best to make your shopping experience pleasant and fun, as we are not happy  until our customers are satisfied! Our primary goal is customer service, so rest assure that we are at your service and will not rest until you are completely satisfied with your order, and we always aspire to do just that because to us each and every customer is very valuable. 

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your latest purchase, we offer you the choice to Return the item(s) to us for a full refund or Exchange your item(s) with a different item(s) within 30 days of order receipt.
Making returns and exchanges at ASuperbshop is easy. Simply follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!
Returns
• Contact our customer service and let us know your reason for returning the merchandise. We’re here to help!
• After initial contact, we will send you a follow-up email. Simply follow the instructions mentioned in our email to send your order back to us.
• Make sure that the item(s) are in their original good condition and have not been used.
• Return the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice. Do not forget to mention the Special Return Code that will be issued to you once you send in your return request. You will be responsible for the cost for shipping the item back to us.
• Returns are processed within 30 business days of package receipt.
• Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
• If we have caused a shipping error, we will compensate you for shipping. Otherwise, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.


• Items are non-refundable if: 
Returns are received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
Returns are received in damaged or worn condition.


Sale items :
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sales or clearance
items cannot be refunded
 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
